I lived in the Gables Met for 5 years now. When, I first started livng here the place was wonderful. The staff was friendly, work orders were completed , there were no break-ins... And on and on... However, either with the new staff or the just not caring about the residents.. And a general mentality of arrogance that we can do what we want and how we want and you just need to quiet and pay us your 1800..This place has gone to hell.. Every comment that is negative about this place is true. Their is dog poo and piss everywhere, it is absolutely not safe to live, the onsite cops do not care, maintence issues out of control.. Nothing is ever fixed properly. And the staff acts like you are bothering them if you call more than once to fix things.. Seriously, fix it the first time. If these were issues that you had to deal with your home. I am sure'YOU" would be livid.. You call ten times for a toilets or AC to fixed they come over and do nothing.( and the maintence guy who came over started hitting on my girlfriend in front of my face) These are all health ordinance issues...Doors fall off, garbage disposal constantly breaks.. In the last 2 years there has not been a day I get home and I say " what next" We do not live in a thrid world country...
I am an engineer. The construction of the parking lot and it is not within ordinance. There are accidents waiting to happen. The gates are never fixed. People can come in and out whenever they want... What is the point in living in a 'gated' community' The manager really does not care about anything.. He just wants his check.. He speaks to everyone as if owns the place.. And he does not realize we as tentants are paying the ones giving him the check... Gables residential " Taking Care of the way people live" They do not care and do not care about the quality of life of there residents, they do not care about the safety of their residents, they do not care about anything except money and appearances. Which is the only good thing about his place is that exterior is pretty..... DO NOT LIVE HERE....The place and the staff are going to go down.. Does anyone know who we can copmplain to about these issues through the City of Atlanta' Maybe this place needs to shut down or new managent needs to take over... I have one more month.......
