It has been the worst living experience of my life here. I lived in the new development that looks amazing. The pool, gym, and apartments are beautiful. Don't judge this book by it's cover, the walls are paper thin. I could hear everything. My neighbor upstairs makes so much noise just from walking to the kitchen or my neighbor on the right is doing laundry, I can hear it. It's horrible.

The parking deck...ridiculous. There have been two accidents since I've lived here...the person who mapped it out is an idiot. They need directional arrows here...it's so simple. The call box out front that leads to the deck...Horrible. If you want to get in, you need to wait for the friend visiting to finish calling. Why can't you have a different one for guests and residents'

The staff...the worst. Seriously, the worst. If you have no expectations, go ahead and move in, but if you want something done when you have a problem, forget it. There has been so much turn over there that nobody cares about giving good service. "Taking care of the way people live..." that's their mission statement. It should be..."who cares of the way people live."

I'm moving out because I had noisy neighbors for 3 months. I complained and they never did anything. When I decided to move, they evicted the tenants. The screening/qualification process here is horrible. There are no standards. If you have money, they'll rent to you. What do you expect when they're only 60% full on the new side...They're hurting for money.

Where ever you go...stay away from this place.
