Well all I can say is I have lived here for 3 months and can't wait for the next 3 to go by so I can move out!! Maintenance is aweful and their is dog crap everywhere. The windows won't open or close properly and all the office can say is "that's part of new construction". What a joke!! Oh, and chances are your car will be broken in to while you live here.

my gf lives in phase 3 and i walk out her door and there is huge puddles of pee everywhere! people take there dogs walking in the back and don't clean up. that is a great area back there and could be used for something more meaningful than a lazy owner and their mut! I agree with you, the managment told my gf's sister to open the window when the a/c broke and was blasting heat. I mean i went in there and had to yell at someone....but there are some good things there as well, you know hearing your neighbours jump up and down up intill 2am, hearing every word they say and managment knowing the walls are thin! worst of all they new there were a family and put them above 2 young adults...then told my gf she must be noise sensitive... then after weeks of complaning they finally told my gf that "they would have a lawyer send a letter to them and if they didn't respond in "time" they would convict them" haha, you can't convict someone who hasn't been arrested!!!! you can evict them, but that takes MONTHS!! why not just move my gf and sister to a better area without paying the moving fee, which they had asked for as well.....
