I have lived at Gables for over a year. My husband and I have nothing but great things to say. My windows open properly and I do not smell dog poo. I toured other properties in this area and cannot imagine staying anywhere else. Po0tential Renter BE AWARE. Most people that are getting on here dogging the place are just whinning about not getting their way over something. As far as the car break-ins WELCOME to ATLANTA! I feel safer here than in most other places that I have been. I would recommend those that wrote before me to take a look somewhere else and after you see that the grass is a nasty yellow on the other side you will be running back! I will go the extra step and say if you do not love it here you need to buy a home because this is the best apartment living I have ever experienced.

come on now, you give it a five star on everything? that is just doesn't make sense. So you are saying there is nothing that you could find wrong with the place? Sounds to me like you work there!!! next time when you are trying to be sneeky give above average rating with a good paragraph.

Yeah...that post is from a 'ringer' for sure. Even if you actually LIKE Gables, there is no way you can give 5 stars for the Noise levels, for the horrible design of the parking garage, or for the OFFICE STAFF of all things (they are truly the worst I've ever dealt with). This isn't about 'getting what I want'...I never asked for anything but a safe, reasonably quiet place to live with a staff that actually works in the office. I lived in other complexes in Atlanta and have friends that live in other places and this is hands down the WORST. There are just too many negative posts on here for it not to be true. So there you go 'ringer' (office staff writing), take that and walk away.

ANYONE who gives this place 5 stars is bold face lying and works for Gables. They're just trying to increase the score of the ratings on this website to fool people. Look at the rest of the ratings, no one who lives here would really ever say anything good about this place. Don't be fooled by the 5 star review that pops up every few weeks, it's just false manipulation of the rating system. This place is nothing but a pretty gangster hideout with bad management, and even worse crime.

Unbelievable...... Perhaps the office staff working here does not realize that there is a law that prohibits landlords (or their staff) from falsely advertising their properties. Also its very easy to trace a response to the place it was submitted..... Be very careful Gables Office staff..... there are ways of exposing your trickery and deciept. Just tell the truth and be honest, you will get a lot more clientel that way. :)
