Read through ALL the reviews on this website, even dating back to as far as 3 years! The only thing that is going on right now with this website is Gables Management are posting fake positive feedback to insulate all the real negative postings on here. And WHY' Because EVERYBODY is moving out of here, and the Director can't get their year end bonus if quota isn't met. So what better way to fool the new prospects than to post up a fake positive review every few days. Read ALL the reviews, also, READ the reply comments left on the ones that are positive. All of us who live here no the deal, there is no lie, no con and no manipulative tactic that management won't tell in order to get warm bodies with money through those gates. This place is disgusting! I'm moving out in a few weeks! Screw the lease agreement!

So true. One day, I came home to find my OWN APARTMENT deadbolted. I clearly wasn't in there, but guess who was...maintainence! Why was my door deadbolted for routine maintainence??? What does management do? Nothing. But they smile while doing nothing....

Drinking your beer and watching your tv. I also noticed my channels seemed to change when no one was at home once they knew I had a nice tv and such. No surprise huh?

Which one of the maintenence people was in there who deadbolted the unit? were they tall? You should report that to Dekalb County Police. I already reported something similar, but they won't act unless they see a pattern here.

Ooooh!!!! As a single woman that lived there for almost 2 years...glad I had crap electronics and no beer in the fridge. I would have gone BALISTIC on management if I'd come home to that and they did nothing. That is C-R-A-Z-Y! I am super glad I moved out when I did.

I see why they have a help wanted maintenance sign out front, man that is really low! Plus the office staff changes daily, and Im not even sure if they have a property manager now. Personally I fix my own stuff now cause when you put in a maintenance request, they rarely ever come out to fix it, and if they do, Ive noticed stuff in my living area moved around. I am looking elsewhere as well!
