I live here in phase 1 and I have enjoyed my whole time here. I like the parking decks over lots and all parking decks I have ever been in are tight and everyone must use caution. I live in a middle floor and have not had any noise complaint issues. I agree with a previous post about the gates and mechanical malfunctions. We all know that things often misfunction and if other residents wouldn't hit the gates and all their friends wouldn't try to sneak in and break the arms and gates, they wouldn't be broken so often. I also think it is a very attractive community and I like coming home to a well-kept place. All residents should do their part to keep the community clean and peaceful for each other!

This has GOT to be Judy. Jesus ------- christ. Anyone who REALLY lives here and DOESN'T work here would never talk this way about this hell hole. Have another drink crazy-lady.

That last part was uncalled for. Judy is a very sweet lady and didn't deserve that, if it was her. I agree the review is full of crap, but no reason to be mean.

this place is major ghetto and everything is broken which never gets fixed yet gables pays for some trainer to hang around the gym hitting on women and it personally makes me uncomfortable he is really creepy!!

The parking deck is very convinient to going to your apartment, its a nice touch, but people get very impatient and haul buggy down them, and there seem to be old or vacant vehicles sitting around covered in dust, which make the place look like the projects.

Unbelievable...... Perhaps the office staff working here does not realize that there are laws that prohibits landlords (or their staff) from falsely advertising their properties. Also in this day and age of computer technology, its very easy to trace a response to the place they are submitted from originally..... Be very careful Gables Office staff..... there are ways of exposing your trickery and deciept. Just tell the truth and be honest, you will get a lot more clientel that way. :)
