YES I am so glad to not reside in the Gables Metropolitan ANYMORE! It was the greatest thing to happen to me in my life not having to deal with this place anymore. I mean lets be honest here, theres something sad about spending a mortgage payment in rent in an area that caters to people that are not working (unless you count selling drugs and attempting to be rappers as work). This place blows donkey balls and by far should be shut down. Just kidding.... but serious, the place is not for people that are seeking peace and quiet. If anything, this place caused me more headache due to noisey neighbors.

Savannah at Park Place also has parking garages and a freight elevator. . . .yet much more considerate neighbors. Just a suggestion if you want to stay in the area when your lease is up. (This is from someone who lived at Gables for 2 years and has lived at Savannah for the last year and a half. . it is a HUGE improvement).

I could not agree more with the first reviewer! Their rental criteria has to be "unique." And if that wasn't bad enough, good luck being a female and going into that office! The leasing people dont get up to help you unless of course you are a male, esp. a good looking one! They rush up to greet and help! I was in towards the later part of the day yesterday around 5-5:30 and nobody would even look at me! But of course one of the leasing people was at their desks in the back just chatting it up with a man! And I overheard their conversation and it was about nothing when they could be leasing to me! Imagine how it would be if I had ever considered moving into this place. Nah....I went to Drexel and got an even nicer place with a much better price!

OMG I think Ive seen the same thing, what did the guy look like? I went in there about a month ago, and basically noticed the same thing. Maybe being a female and then going in there with female employees makes them feel like their chances with these men dissapate!

I think it is odd that Savannah is plugging their name in someone elses post. When I visited them, all they could talk about was their ratings and it is obvious to me why now...They post all their on and bash the rest..Funny they can only plug a parking garage and freight elevators..Woopie
