**UPDATE**

As Murphy's law would have it...one week after writing this review I discovered the pipe fiasco mentioned below had in fact NOT been fixed & even after a follow-up call to have it repaired again, the maintenance man left a note saying "I fixed again. Watch what you put under the sink" as if I had broken it. Of course it broke again two days after that note & since then I have been "fixing" it myself every few days when it comes undone. Messages left with the Office have gone unanswered.

This is unacceptable given the rent rates. Such a disappointment. I tend to be the type of person to overlook downfalls & see the bright side but I'm extremely frustrated. As a hard working professional, I am never home before 6 to speak personally with office staff however, I do anticipate a prompt return call the following day for any after hours evening messages I may leave with the office.

Not to mention that the lightbulbs that were replaced a month ago have already burned out. And I've since learned that my alarm system is somehow switched with my closet light so the non-working alarm will blare at 4am if I don't leave my closet light on 24/7.

Again, I tend to overlook things and am extremely appreciative when issues are addressed immediately but I am also very dissatisfied when my complaints are ignored.

I am changing my initial rating.





Next week will mark 4 months of calling Phase III home and overall...I've had nothing but a pleasant experience. Yesterday I came home from a four day vacation & found a big mess of water underneath my kitchen sink. Apparently a pipe had broken so I placed a call to management at 7:30PM after hours. Management returned a call to me this morning at 10:10AM (only 10 min after their office opened) & when I got home around 6, all was fixed along with a few light bulbs which were out but I hadn't had time to report.

My neighbors have been extremely considerate (one even picking up newspapers for me while I was traveling...just because)and I've never had problems with noise. I do wish there was a little more opportunity to mix with neighbors but hopefully that will happen when the weather warms up.

My only minor complaint is that in order to retrieve packages you must get to the office on weekdays before 6PM (which is impossible for me) so I can't get them until Saturday & just hope that I'm in town. But that is probably typical at all apartment homes. I have heard rumblings of a few car break-ins lately so hopefully that's not a trend. The rent is a little pricey but I obviously knew that when moving in and am willing to pay extra for the lovely new atmosphere.

Can't wait to try the pool this summer too!

Finally some real truth shown on this site. Thats what I am talking about. With the excitement of moving into a lavish apartment complex worn off, the truth starts to show. You did the right thing by changing your initial rating. :)
