Lived there for over 2 years - the worst years. The office staff was so unaccomodating, and the ditzy woman at the reception desk -- when she was not on personal calls -- was of absolutely no use. The maintenance staff was ok. Rule of thumb...don't count on the office to report your problem. Get the maintenance supervisor's cell phone # and give him or the guys a tip. Neighbors were inconsiderate and noisy. People would be grinding at the pool - with children there. Speaking of the pool - drunken parties at night that would distub tenants. The police officer who lives on premises was just as bad as every other inconsiderate person. People would bbq with loud music and yelling until 4 am. HORRIBLE! Let's not even mention the break ins. DO NOT MOVE THERE. Never heard anyone says anything similar about Post on other side of Walmart.
