I have lived over 12 month in Gables Metropolitan located at 350 Perimeter Center N. There is a high turn over of employees at the company and management seems like management responsibility ends when they have you enter into a lease.

I have had problems with noise in past 12 month resulting in loss of work day productivity and I have reported these and other problems to the management team with no resolution. Not only that they also increased my rent. I don't recommend this property company.

On scale of 1 1- 10; with 10 being the highest; I rate management attituded, friendliness and customer service a 2. From my prespective it is a failure. The rent also is too high for the level of service that you will be receiving.

Why did you renew your lease then? I would have taken my business elsewhere if they didn't follow up on your concerns. Rents go up every year, that's pretty common among rental properties.

I know that feeling. I have had to file noise complaint myself in the unit I am in because I have a neighbor behind me who thinks he will be the next T.I. (yes he is a rapper with a freaking studio set up in his apartment). Then theres a moron who attended Penn State that lives under the unit I am in and for whatever reason he has decided to turn his apartment into a theater. I mean its freaking ridiculous. SInce moving in back in November of 07, I have filed exactly 13 noise complaints. Thats absurd.

Well the worst was when I was on the club / pool side when the hooligans at 2AM decided to fight each other / whatever they do out there / rev their engines. Not fun when you have to wake up at 7am to goto work. Also the dog owners sometimes must hurt their pets or something since I as the previous poster must have called in numerous noise complaints for dogs barking literally for 4-5hrs at a time like they were dying (during sleep hours). And in terms of renewing they can be tricky about how to renew / break your lease - sometimes financially you gotta renew or get hit with ridiculous fees.

Hey gqmac2, which apartment did you live in? Because I lived there for awhile and I'm a Penn State grad. But my ------ ass roomated had a TV connected to these speakers and loud ass sound system and he had it full blast. It annoyed the piss out of me. I was in 2455 at the time......did you live above that one? Also, by the way.....Gables sucks ass. I moved at the end of January into a much friendlier place. F*** Gables and all the stuck up rich f**ks that live there and the ghetto ass thugs that live on welfare.
