I use to be employed as a leasing agent over there. You have to realize that this is the largest property that the gables company owns. I use to type in all to work orders. They have a maint mger, leasing mger, business mger, and property mger all to help you the resident out with anything you need. There are three awesome pools over there and the townhomes where amazing especially with the pool views. If you can get an apartment in the third phase which they were just doing lease up up while I was there. I loved showing those units. Rent here. Even though I may be biased, just keep in mind that I don't even work there anymore but still recommend it there. That's saying something since I was on the ground zero. I would lease there if I were a business person.

The funny thing is Gables doesn't own the property. Some private group owns it and Gables manages it - that's why this property they especially are frugal with repairs since it's more in their pocket(s). This was told to me by Karyn Grindstaff during my complaints when I escalated up to her (I think she got promoted / someone else is there). I was flustered when the fire alarm would always go off and the Fire Marshall was tired of them incorrectly repairing stuff or literally using duct tape.
And the pools aren't awesome when you got people trying to dry hump and smokers everywhere. What happened to common courtesy?
And no this is not the same 10 people posting - more and more people are google search gables and this comes up first. Just from chatting with other residents.
And if you typed the workorders how did my key fob issues constantly get "lost" when I couldn't even get into my own home because it took me personally walking in watching someone enter it into the box and connect it and say wait 30mins and try it (when I was trying to get stuff done). I'm curious to see why this (and other examples) required multiple phone calls? I always paid rent on time and usually early so why was I ignored?????

What a joke review! Who cares how big it is??? Does Dell say they are too large to care about customer service? Does ANY company say they are too large to care about customer service??? ALL the leasing people there are absolutely CLUELESS, and this post proves it even further how far their heads are up their As***.
