Poor management

My most recent issue has been with management. In January, my mailbox keys suddenly did not work. After much back and forth with the leasing office, they realized that they had mistakenly changed the locks on the wrong mailbox. So, they changed my lock again and gave me new keys.
Well, in June, I got a phone call from the leasing office. Another tenant had trouble with his mailbox. So the leasing office replaced the locks. Only THEY REPLACED THE WRONG LOCKS AGAIN! They mistakenly changed mine.
The other tenant tried other boxes and realized that he had the key to my box. So another tenant was able to rummage through my mail.
After he informed the office of their mistake, I got a call from the leasing office that I would need to pick up new keys. I explained that this was their mistake (again) and the keys should be delivered to me -- I should not need to take time off work to run home and pick up keys. The office agreed to leave the keys at my door, but a week later.... I still hadn't recieved the keys and could not get in my mailbox.
I called the leasing office again! Instead of delivering them to my apt as they had agreed, the keys had been tossed in my file. Thanks for the quality service guys!
I obviously had to call the office AGAIN and hope to recieve my keys today.
The leasing office has proven time and time again to be incompetent. The service is most definitely not worth the price.

I posted earlier about renting an apartment that had a horrible smell from day one. Guess what? Maintenance nor who I leased from have done nothing to rectify the problem. It still smells! On top of that, I have had nothing but ongoing problems with the cable provider of this community. I was told by both the cable company and my leasing consultant that the various issues I had would be taken care of, and after hundreds of emails, the problem still exists. I was told one thing, then another thing, then another. It has been nothing but an awful experience, and if the cable issue does not go away I will consider breaking my lease, and have documented everything so I may have the option to do so. I recommend documenting everything when you deal with these people. Its almost like Im being given the run-around by everyone.

I had the same exact problem with the cable when I lived there too. It's such a crock of sh**....they tell you they will fix it and they don't. It's such garbage. I hate Gables with a passion
