I was really hestiate to lease here after my girlfriend and I read this website. However this was the best location and after visiting a few properties we still liked this apartment the best. The staff was very nice and the property is beautiful. The first week the air conditioner was not getting cold enough so we called the office and thirty minutes later a guy came in and took care of it. Four hours later he knocked on the door to make sure it was still ok. Usually I don't write on here but because I almost didn't lease on here I thought everyone needs to know this is a great property. I am glad that I choose this property. When I told the receptionist at the office that I would be writing in here she said it was a shame more people don't write their good reviews. I think so too.

Well thats how it goes at times. People have different experiences. However, from what you are saying, you have not lived at the Gables that long. All I can say is that wait till you have been at the Gables for 4-7 months and then see if you still have the same outlook on the place. I have been at the gables for almost a year and I got to tell you I have encountered some crap since being here. Between the over abundance of youthful partiers, thug wannabe's, and people screwing loudly.... its enough to drive a sane person wacky. Thats why when my lease is up.... I am moving elsewhere.

Obvioulsly you hadnt had any issues with the place in a while considering Dean hasnt been here since at least Halloween time. There is a new manager who is cute and sweet.

maybe more people don't write good stories on this because maybe most good experiences turn sour after they realize they got you? Wait until you get to deal with Dean and then let us know how you feel. I think talking to a brick wall will accomplish more sometimes. to poster on 5/2 - the reason I havent had any problems is because I fix them myself now (I have some background in construction). And "cute and sweet" wow...so qualifications now are on looks and personality? Pitiful. Enjoy as you remain here while I get out as soon as my lease is up and you live in ignorance. And btw what is the new manager's name - I find it interesting you say Dean left but don't specify who the new manager is. Questionable is your argument.
