Everyone is entitled to their own opinions but I have too say that I have been with gables metropolitan for five years and I am loving it! loving it! loving it!! The staff is extremely wonderful and although it is a very busy office, they continue to take the time too cater too all of my needs. Recently, I transferred from phase II to phase III and I love it even more. AS far as renewals, well they are not that bad. Considering the mortgage crisis going on out their, you sure cannot beat the renewal increases. All three phases are NOT ghetto and as a resident living here I am deeply offended by these comments. Gables Metropolitan is the best thing happening in the dunwoody area right now. I have referred many, many of my colleagues here and they it love as well. The management team definitely deserves a A in my book for customer service and all of the above!!!!! Thanks Metropolitan!!!!!!!

You are a SHILL and work for management because anyone with half a brain (I guess you have less than that) knows that this is the worst place in all of Atlanta....and yes...it is GHETTO.

I respect your opinion. I have the exact opposite opinion (and I've expressed it on this site), but I'm happy that in five years you have no complaints. To me, though, that's more because of luck than anything else. I was at the Gables for over a year before I had any problems, so in that year, I didn't understand other people's complaints either. But if you're ever unlucky enough to have an inconsiderate neighbor move in, you may change your opinion. I also wouldn't be offended by the "ghetto" reference -- those of us who feel that way aren't referring to MOST residents. We're referring to the select few inconsiderate residents who don't care that other people live around them. These inconsiderate people, who apparently feel that I pay monthly rent to listen to them stomp around all day long, are the people who are helping to ruin everyone's opinion of the Gables.
