WOW! So many residents are complaining about Gables. I have been here for three years now and have enjoyed living here. I have had some annoyances with neighbors playing their music to loud but other than that it has been fine. For those of you complaining so much then why don't you just get the hell out of here!

Oh Please. My friend and I came into the Gables office today to see some apartments. I currently live at another property, Dunwoody Gables, and I will stay there for many reasons over Metropolitan, but the main reason being the staff. We waited for well over 45 minutes to see the place, and then we get some leasing consultant who seemed like she did not want to take us out, and the whole time acted like she was doing us a favor! We even had to walk which we both felt was extremely tacky and unprofessional. The leasing person seemed like she didnt know what she was talking about, and let me tell you, I am not happy with Gables but will be staying at this other property just because of this horrible visit. And I as I have heard from many other people that visit this place, that leasing person better not email or call us repetitive time or they will be reported to the Better business bureau for slander! Thank god were are done with that!

Thats pretty much why I am leaving when my lease is up. This was time in my adult life that I lived in an apartment on my own. And thanks to this experience... it will DEFINITELY be the last. Thank you Gables and especially Gables Metropolitan for showing me that home ownership, though more expensive and daunting, is a lot better than renting a supposed "Luxury" apartment. *** For the record, its not good business to throw the word luxury on something that is not refined, qualitative, and well preserved. That after all is what luxuriousness is all about.

I have my own reasons to move out of here, I see the environment getting bad day by day. But the issues I have has so far were addressed by the management promptly. The manager herself came out of the office to take care of the problem.
