I lived at the Gables four years and each year it kept going down hill. THEY HAVE WATER PROBLEMS and are not will to do anything about it. The management is very dishonest, staff turnover is very high, the ceiling in my bathroom fell in and it took them three weeks to fix!!! The maintenance people left their repair stuff in my bathroom. I ask six times if they would PLEASE pick up their stuff all I got was lip service.

So true. I have had this same problem. You pay all this money and they don't do ----. And I am not a picky person either but this is getting absurd for the kind of money I pay for rent. New apartment and half the stuff in it does not work and my ceilings are starting to crack and cave in. I have had issue with mold, water leakage, appliances not working. This place is going have to be duct taped together soon. I guess I better run over to Walmart across the street to stock up on it until the lease is up. LOL

This was the worst apartment tour I have ever been on! I went on tour with one of their agents, who I think was a manager or assistant manager as I heard someone say. It was not very informational. In addition I felt like many of my questions were not even answered or addressed throughout the whole tour process. She was consistently very annoying and instead of answering my questions as I stated above, she kept asking me personal questions about my life, in some sense as though she were trying to get me to ask her out. That's just the impression I got. Unprofessional. Anyway, the prices were outrageous and the property was extremely worn down. As a sucessful man I feel that I deserve more for the kind of money I would spend at a place like this.
