I truly enjoy living at Gables Metropolitan. It is very nice. However, I would caution, that if one likes television, this is not the place for you.
Television signal provider service, equipment, and signal at Gables Metropolitan is SO BAD, that it is simply not worth the hassle of having satellite TV. Please note that Gables Metropolitan does not allow any other than their mandated inept provider.
I rate this community at the top in all categories except service. Television is important to me, and there is no real television service at Gables metropolitan, thus service does not make it in my estimation.

It is sad, that one posting an open and honest review, is so sadly denigrated. I wrote the above review, and have neither any association with Gables Metropolitan, nor any friendship with their staff. I am simply a vary satisfied tenant wishing to give my personal view of my experience in this apartment community. I have only met nice, quality people living here. On the evaluation side, I am uniquelly qaulified to give my written opinion as I am in a senior management position in the real estate industry (not residential). This is a nice place; just what we wanted and the staff and property have exceeded our expectations. Those with an axe to grind ought go elsewhere.

"Property management is concerned and professional. It is very nice to have packages delivered to the management office when we are unavailable to sign for such things." - Yeah it's great they just toss it into a huge room and any resident can just come in and take it. "We feel completely safe at all times in this very nice gated community." - I feel safe seeing thugs walking about the corridors all hours of the night too! And that just wouldn't be complete without some loud bass vibrating my walls at 4am.

I like how the same 5 morons keep posting their crap on good reviews... I think YOU GUYS must be from management- of another apartment complex. This is a nice place to live (all apartment complexes have their ineptitudes. How about you kiddos grow up and do something productive?
