I lived in one of the smaller 1BR/1BA units in the older phase of this community for two years. While I generally enjoyed the time I spent living here, I cannot recommend this community solely because of the horrible experience I had with the cable provider. DirectTV/Direcpath is the only provider for the complex and they are postively the worst cable company I have ever dealt with. I expect some level of bad customer service from utility companies in general, but this company takes the cake. Even after I moved out, I have had to continue dealing with them to ensure they will not be charging me any more money.

However, if you want to take the chance, or are a big fan of DirectTV, this is a pretty nice complex. My unit was clean and well kept and I had very little maintenance issues. What issues I did have were promptly taken care of. The amenities are great, I really enjoyed the different pools and the gyms. The parking garages also provided plenty of parking, although I would recommend being careful walking around them at night. There has been some crime, especilly a few incidents that made the news, but I always felt safe and just made sure to lock my door and car. The grounds are well maintaned. It's true that there is a lot of turnover in the leasing office, and they seemed kinds disorganized, but it never caused me too much trouble. I would recommend using the $75 option to have them clean the apartment when you move out. That way you don't have to do it and they can't complain you didn't clean it right!
