I've been living here since October and I can't say enough good things about this place. In my oppinion this community is purfect for a young working professional. The price is just right. Location is very convenient to downtown, midtown, buckhead and pretty much everywhere else you want to be in Atlanta. The neighbors are super nice and friendly. I never had problems with parking. I had very few maintenance issues which you would expect from an older apartment. The fitness center is not bad compared to other apartments I lived in. Tennis courts and free lessons are a big plus. I can't wait until summer when I could start using the pool. Wooded location is awesome after you come home from a long day at work. Makes you feel like you are at a retreat.
