Look Elsewhere From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/10/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   I will agree that the amenities are great, HOWEVER, the apartments are not much to speak of. I had more problems upon move-in, that I shouldn't have had to deal with, that the manager gave me 1/2 month free. I am glad that this community has the 30 Satisfaction Guarantee, I may take them up on it. A neighbor of mine says that he has been there a while and hasn't moved because of the hassel, but apparently the other tenants in the building aren't even there for an average of 6 months. I told him that I would be one of them. If you want a cheap place to stay with LOTS of problems, then move here. If you are looking for any sort of quality, i.e. fixtures, ceiling, appliances in working condition and not falling apart, then you should look elsewhere.
