Gables Mill

Come on you guys it's not THAT bad! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/13/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   Okay... admitting that I've had a few problems.. Gables Mill is an older property, but they do keep it up well compared to some of the apartments places out there, compared to the rent you pay. You have to understand that the maintenance guys work their butts off.. it's just that they don't have enough employees. The property manager isn't so nice.. sort of fake attitude, and yes the leasing consultants may not have a clue, but Give it up for the maintenance staff.
