I have a 3-BR Terrace (down one level) with no one else having an entrance on my landing, so its totally private... Apt faces the woods between me and I-285, 1o' off the ground even on the lower level. Its very quiet and completely private -- all my shades stay open 24/7. Great pool - also open 24/7 year round & late night parties (quiet & respectful) are allowed.
Raquetball court, lighted tennis courts, and a great workout facilty are all clean and well kept, as is the laundry facility..and again-- available 24/7.
Success in a staff position here puts them on the fast track up in Gables Management - so there is tremendous turn-over in office staff and management... but the maintenance staff is GREAT.
Typical problems with summer bugs (price you pay living next to woods) but no problem whenever you need spraying or other maintenance.
Best value for the buck inside the perimeter! EXCELLENT location for IBMers - 10 minutes to 3 different facilities.
