HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The staffs are ever changing and it seems that no one of them cares about his/her job performance. Arrogant, negligent. You'd think you won't have much interaction with the staffs' You don't have to, and they would still find ways to annoy you. If you don't want to get unreasonable financial treatment, don't live there.
