I love living at Gables Mill. In general it is like most typical apartments around here, but it has a couple additional bonuses such as:
- Right next to a Chattahoochee National Forest entrance (plus most people don't know about this entrance so it isn't as crowded as others I have been to)
- Near to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to either 75 or 285
- They are very dog friendly (even to big dogs)

Now, I do admit that the management could use some improvement, but supposedly they fired the old staff and are rebuilding the management staff right now. However, every time I have needed assistance they have been very helpful and when I needed maintenance they were very prompt. Once I called after hours on a Friday and the message service sent a repair man over.

You probably could find a cheaper place of comparable value nearby, but I like the complex and I plan on renewing my contract for another year.

...they didn't fire the staff, the staff was just moved to Wildwood (which some of us aren't thrilled about)
