Better hope nothing goes wrong - From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   The management is the worst - The front office manager is a total b*tch and could careless if you have a problem. She has the attitude when you walk in with a problem - like youre totally beneath her in life. The maintenance there just sucks - OMG the ac filter was completely hosed with black dust. I had to call them 5 times and nothing was done- I found out that if you call them up after hours and use option 4 for emergency and it would go to a centralized Gables management call center. They would fix the problem the next day with a written out ticket (this is the way to do it). This happened many times after and figures that if you talk to the centralized place you can have your problem fixed because there was a log. Other than that the pool was nice - too much shade so only half the pool area is usable if you trying to get a tan and noticed everyone pretty much on that side of the pool so everyone hears your conversations. There was a small bug problem - little centipedes running around every now and then. People there just don't respect your car if decide to move near there pool. Be ready for a door ding Residents there are very nice but not a party hang out. You can hear through ceiling above you. The person below complained about the TV being loud - so forget loud stereo's there - they will hear it and call the front office. If I had to do it again I would go somewhere else but did it for location.
