I almost moved in, and I am so glad I didn't. When I arrived the prices went up, and there were *many* extra fees. Mgmt. couldn't keep their story straight. I was told many contradictory statements and I feel like I was lied to. The complex is nice, but over priced. I found something a mile or so away that was $200 a month less expensive and almost as nice. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

You pay for what you get. You have to pay for convenience. Ok, I sucked it up and bought a gate remote. It's prices are based on the location.
