Not only is the rent overpriced, but the office staff is horrible. They quoted a rent price that is TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS more than what I am paying now. I thought it might be reasonable because the apartment was fairly nice. They allowed a horrible amount of trash to sit around outside the dumpsters. The pool is full of leaves and bugs, and rarely cleaned. The air filters are never cleaned out. It takes 5 or 6 calls to get a maintenance man to the apartment, although I can see the shed from my apartment and all they do is sit around and smoke. The gates are always broken and it is no wonder there is crime here. We found a dead body in a car outside our apartment. The guy didn't even live in the complex. Within 6 days of having the police tape taken down, a string of car break ins happened. This is ridiculous. If you want to feel safe, don't move in.
