WARNING to POTENTIAL RESIDENT

The "gated" community is rarely enclosed due to faulty and broken gates.

The property is older and has unconvinient maintainence issues (air conditioning and water heating issues).

The maintainence staff, however, is incredibly friendly, helpful, and prompt.

There are many bugs in and out of the complex.

There are no overhead lights in the bedrooms.

The office staff feels they are in no way responible for your packages, DO NOT HAVE PACKAGES DELIVERED TO THE OFFICE AS THEY WILL MISPLACES THEM FOR WEEKS.
