I have been living at Gables Mill for a year and I am about to renew my lease. I love it. It's a nice central location, close to 75 and 285. The noise level is low, leasing staff is friendly, any problems or manintience issues that I had maybe 1 or 2 were handled promtly (usually the next day by lunch time). I live on the top floor and don't have a bug problem. Yeah, the gate is almost always broken, but I still feel safe and the complex is well lit so I don't worry about going out at night alone and there's a cobb county police office that lives in my building who is always willing to help out if anyone does feel unsafe. I love it.
