Poor maintainence, rude stuff

If you want to find a nice place to live, turn around please.
The stuff is rude.
The gate is always open.
It is worse if you live on the first floor since it could be broken in.
Don't believe if they tell you they will fix it.
I'm waiting for it to get repaired for one year.
Actually, the stuff in the leasing office are the rudest I have ever met.
The parking lots are not enough.
The maintainence is slow.
The neighborhood makes a lot of noises and they turn on the bass to the maximum volume.
When you complain to the leasing office, they would say they can do nothing.
You can hear the highway clearly even with all windows closed.
It takes forever to get any small thing to be replaced or fixed.
Yes, it is close to I-75/285, but you have to make a left turn without a traffic light first, and other vehicles are fast (about 45m/h).
So I decide to move out when my lease ends without any hesitation.
BTW, due to so many cons, they have a lot of vacant apartments, but overpriced.
If you are looking for an apartment in a hurry, you could live here.
