Don't expect to take a shower if you wash clothes - you might run out of hot water mid bath . Don't expect a call back , if you call about something that does not work ( which happens very very often ). Maintenance will not come during weekends , whatever be the problem . If a/c is not working during June/July , expect to camp out under the stars because the house is going to be a furnace and will attend to your frantic calls to get it fixed!!!!! still wannt to come ' welcome to hell!
