I have lived here for 2 years and have never had a problem until the new management. I completely agree with the other reviews. Don't expect to ever park in front of your apartment. There are so many trash bins in the parking lot that I have to park 3 buildings away from my apartment. I am moving out and advise that if you're looking for an apartment look somewhere else. With Gables Mill, I am paying too much money to have no where to park, deal with management that only likes me when I am paying rent, having my water cut off with no notice, hot water that only lasts for 5 minutes tops, and "security gates" that never close!!!
