Great location and minor dislikes.

I currently live at Gables and have not had any issues with the apartment. Any little thing I have wanted fixed has been fixed in the same day as reported. There are NO bug problems and the apartments are the MOST EFFICIENT I have ever lived in. My bills are extremely low. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful.
My only complaint is that the gym there is useless for cardio machines. It has regular weight machines, but none of the 3 treadmills work, and only one bike works. But in a great location to the Chatahoochee River and Park, you can do your cardio outside. I would recommend this place on the efficiecy and the huge closets!
