I've been here for almost a year without any horrible experiences. Parking next to my building is fine. I've seen a few roaches; I bought roach bait which solved the problem. Had a few maintenance requests; they got fixed quickly. Maintenance staff is friendly. Office staff always helpful when I need them, which is not often. No problems with the neighbors. I sometimes hear them moving around, but it's not intrusive. We're not friends, but we can all say hi to each other. Basically, my time here has been fairly uneventful. And that's a good thing. I'll renew if I can get a good rental rate.
