The office staff is rude! Everything is a charge and I mean EVERYTHING! THESE apartments are old and moldy! You can smell anything from people living around you! If someone smokes, you smell it! If someone smokes pot, you smell it! If someone cooks disgusting smelling food, you smell it! The apartments are tiny especially the 598 sq foot. I currently pay 740$ for rent for 598 sq foot w/ no upgrades and they have the same sucky apartment for only 499$!! WHAT A RIP OFF!! There is never any parking what so ever! No one works a full time job either at least in my building!! There are no social events (they claim to do them) because of their lackluster promoting of the events! One of the office staff called me nosey for asking a question about the residence that i pay over priced rent to! WTF!! -----!! This place is a animal fest too! It's dog central!! WATCH OUT FOR ----!!

I have to disagree with most of your charges. Granted, I just moved in about a month ago, but have only experienced a pleasant attitude from the office staff. I have had many questions, and have never received any sort of rudeness. I don't mind any lack of social activities. And I also have a dog, so don't mind so many animals - although I agree it would be nice if the leash-law and pick-up poo rule was enforced. I do agree that you can hear and smell your neighbors sometimes, but that's apartment life. This is my third apartment in three years, and this apartment is no worse or better on the noise/smell issue. I was disturbed to see that I am paying $100 more for rent than they are advertising now, but that's also a risk with apartment life.

What building did you live in? My neighbors food smells good! Parking sucks. I don't work full time, because I make way more than enough working part time. Don't be mad.

If you are paying $740 for the 598sqft one bedroom you are a complete moron. That is nobody else's fault but your own.

I've been there checking out their apartments too. The staff were xxxxing rude. I told them I don't like it coz everything is too old for that price...she replied me, "what you gonna pay is what you gonna get!". Maybe Gables should face the problem of their bad customer service staff over there.

I just signed a lease here and havent moved in yet but the staff was wonderful so far. She answered all questions and I spoke with several other staff and they were nothing but friendly. The rooms look great and the facilities are in great shape. Pricing, I don't know how you got that deal because I am only paying $640 for almost 800 sq ft. I think you got ripped but thats no one's fault but your own that you didn't ask for a deal. Great job so far

I am in complete agreement with this review. I left a couple of weeks ago b/c of all the issues and now they're charging me for things that were there before I moved in. I lived in a 750 sq ft place and getting charge $795. Talk about getting hosed! And the noise - I complained and they treated it as if I was insane. they don't care - too bad they didn't put the money used for the office renovation into some personnel training AND upgrades to the apartments.

I been living here for several months. I can totally agree with the aging of the apts. The rent is too high. I thought i was upgrading from fulton county .lol. My rent check was stolen out of the drop box and cashed. I consider myself to be a reliable tenant by always paying my rent on time. But what good is it if someone can steal and cash my rent. Gables Mill told me if i can't produce my payment I'll get evicted like everyone else.
