The apartments are beautiful, and the neighbors are nice. The rent is high but not outrageous (excluding the luxury models).

The maintennance, is the WORST I have ever seen. Some folks describe it as "slow". More like non-existant! When we moved in, we were warned, but how bad could it be' We have had maintennance out like six or seven times, but they don't fix anything, and they leave a mess. The apartment has reassured us that the last guy was bad, but now they have a new crew, but it never makes any difference.

Of the four closet doors we have, NONE of them work properly. We have begun just taking them the rest of the way off their closets, and just stashing them somewhere.

We still live there, and love it. Aside from the maintennance, it is excellent. If you are considering moving in, tell them you heard rumors that their maintennance is attrocious. Oh, they claim to be a pet-friendly community, but the pet deposit is really high... it's like 350! Grrr...
