I wrote the review right below this one. Here's an update (I've lived here for 2 weeks now): we've seen cockroaches and humogous silverfish. It's been 3 days of constant calling of the management and emailing and still nothing has been done.

But, we did ask them to fix the stove which was done satisfactorily the next day.

Also, the walls are really thin and you can hear the people in the apt next to you and you can smell what they're cooking.

I'm unhappy here. I'd recommend finding a newer apt. complex. Don't live in the Villa Dr. apts...maybe their luxury apts are better.
