After repeatedly complaining about the noise level from the apartment below us we were told to contact the police. Ha, it turns out the tenants were the same ones stealing motorcycles, rims, and cars. The parking garage is a nightmare. Now after a year they've sent a 90 dollar charge to a credit collector for a stained carpet. The only luxury you'll pay for is the luxury of leaving.

Trust me, they do not run credit checks...they just charge you for one! Didn't run one on me....
