I am living at the newest part of the residence for about a year and I love it.

I arrived at the Gables complex, last April, for my building grand opening.
When it was time for me to move in my brand new apartment, it was not completely done and I could not move ine (a few days delay). Moving from a foreign country, I couldn't delay my moving date. After just one phone call to explain my "problem", the manager found a solution and I had to move on a bigger apartment, on the same building, for my initial rent (a one bedroom apartment), a $200 saving per month! What a nice welcome gift!

During few months, the area was a bit meassy and noisy due to the constructions all around my building, but now that everything is finished, I really like this place. The new swimming pool area is amazing (I can't wait to be in summer now) and the gym facility is Ok (even if I still prefer and use the one on the other part of the property, across the road).

I read a lot of complains about the noise. Well, I can't really say anything: I am living at the top floor and don't have neighbours on my right side. I don't hear anything from the left side apartment. I don't know if it is because they are extremely quiet or if the noise is not so bad afterall.

This apartment complex feels safe. I am a girl leaving by myself and never felt insecure walking outside at night. I know there are some reports of theft once in a while but I never saw something suspicious.

I love the interior of the apartment, the tasteful trim color, the black kitchen appliances, the ceramic tiles, the huge windows. Each time a new friend come to visit, they are always impress and compliment .

I am having a nice experience here and, even if many reviewers seemed unhappy, I never regret my choice of living here so far.

Legally, they can't make up a different move in price for everyone...but they do. You might want to proof read when you write. If you live on top, then you were suppose to pay for "Atlanta Skyline view"...that's the reason I was charged more. Give me a break!
