I don't deny that other people may have had negative experiences here, but I cannot say that I've experienced such problems. I've loved every minute in this apartment. It is beautifully designed, with tons of light and nice details. I have made a study in my loft, and it is a lovely place to work.

I am concerned that I may have hearing loss, because this is the quietest place I've lived! I have a neighbor only on one side, and I hear him occasionally, but it is soft and muffled. I do hear loud landscaping equipment in the mornings, sometimes, but I should probably be up and about already!

I do agree about the flyers, though! And rent is a little steep, and as my lease is ending, the rental rate is going up by $50 per month. But I hope to work it out so I can stay. A nice apartment within walking distance of Emory and Virginia-Highlands cannot be had cheaply!

Karma will get you for this. There's no way you don't hear a neighbor. And there are city ordinances with early lawn care and loud decibles coming out of those machines. So the guys paying you are breaking laws.

Okay, seriously, what's your deal? When I lived there (until May 07), I was a PhD student, not some "hired help." And try learning how to spell tenant, idiot. Did none of the three of you notice that I did agree with several of the complaints? I just happen to be a happy person and choose not live an angry or suspicious life. The point is, it's an APARTMENT in a CITY... get over yourselves. Or go live in McDonough.
