Gables Rock Springs formerly Rock Springs Estates

If you like keg parties that spill out into the breezeway across from your front door at 4 a.m., then this is the place for you. Because of Rock Springs' proximity to Emory, there are a lot of college students here. Which is fine if you are a college student. There are young professionals and some families, but seems to be a lot of students or maybe just young people trying to recreate the good old days.
To repeat what others have said, you can hear EVERYTHING. I've lived in plenty of apartments but this one is especially bad in regards to hearing everything your neighbor does from phone conversations to tooth brushing.
My main complaint is the staff. They are actually just down right rude and not helpful at all. And that's if you can actually get one of them on the phone.
Nice amenities, beautiful grounds and pool, interiors very nice - And great location. If the other stuff won't bother you, good place to live.

I don't think the building is built to code, especially for sound;of course no fire walls. Wne I use the blow dryer my neighbor bangs on their ceiling...how mature is that? their not a college student
