Once you're in, shut up or you're invited to leave.

I left after two years of Hell.

The good news'

You can park in the handicap space every day.
You can crank your TV day or night.
You can have your dog or cat make as much noise as you want.
You can leave your trash on your doorstep 7 days a week.
You can hang towels over your balcony.
You can have a grill on your balcony.
You can take six parking spaces (no joke) and store a car in the lot until it is so covered with fecal bird matter, leaves and branches after six months, you can't tell the original color.

Whoever said Frat House is right.

It's party central -- even if you have a police report, they'll tell you, "There's nothing we can do."

If you don't like to sleep or read or watch TV or take a nap, RSE is the place for you.

Total scumbags who manage the place.

I can hear my neighbor drop the toliet seat and their dishwasher drowns out my TV. So, I turn up the TV and I get a note on my door the next day.
