My husband & I moved here in Oct. '06 and like it so much, we're transferring to a larger place in the complex. We have mainly dealt w/ Emily in the office and she's SO nice. Calls to follow-up on everything - repairs, paperwork, etc. Always on top of things plus always nice. We have heard our neighbor's conversations, and we live underneath a dog, but that's apt. life. It's like living in NY & hearing traffic - you learn to block it out. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS

Not sure which part of the complex you live in, but if you live in the newer part - beware... (especially if it's above the pool). See the next, more recent review- you haven't experienced a summer at the Gables yet...
