Underhanded and Highly Overrated

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
After I paid my deposit to hold my apartment, I changed my mind about moving to Rock Springs. Now the staff refuses to refund my entire deposit, even though I informed them of my decision prior to the 72 hour cut-off. I plan on informing my friends who were moving to a Gables property to stay away, they're only about the money.
