I'm amazed that a building could be built so poorly and still pass code. Easily the worst rental experience I've ever had. Paper thin walls, no insulation between floors, faulty fire alarms, painted over sprinklers, incorrectly wired phone lines... just a pathetic joke. All the money is spent on landscaping and common ares. Once the lease is signed and you're in, you quickly come to realize what a stack of cards this dump truly is.
