Poor management and too many emory students

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
 
The good: The gym (Rock Springs Circle side) is pretty decent. Plenty of parking. Maintenance staff is good about responding to problems (when mangement finally notifies them that something is wrong)

The bad: can hear upstairs and next door neighbors. Too many Emory drivers with poor driving skills. Mangement has gotten progressively worse since I moved her a couple of years ago. Will not renew my lease.
