I currently live and have lived here for over two years. Every time I have to goto the office it's a nightmare. In my opinion the entire office staff needs to be canned and replaced. I have dealt with a total or four people here and all four of them have an attitude that they are of a social class higher then you.

Maintenance however is completely on top of things. ALL of the maintenance staff are incredibly friendly. When the office actually opens the tickets to let them know that something is broken I have never waited more then thirty minutes before they where here with part in hand. My water heater started leaking on a Sunday and they had me back up and going by the next monday. With the amount of work that was done (A wall that had to be replaced, linoleum, carpet and of course the water heater) they work quickly and efficiently.


If the office snobs took a couple of pointers from the technicians this property would be great.
