Don't even bother looking at this place -- it's pretty on the outside, but it is completely OVERPRICED. You'll be charmed by the nice pool and gym, but don't fall for it. After living there a few years, we decided to start looking around, and ended up finding a 3BR apartment in a very nice neighborhood in Dunwoody for $900 less than we were paying at Gables for a 2br loft. Not to mention the office staff is completely incompetent -- once they have your lease in hand, don't count on much service from them. Maintenance is good, but that's about it. Oh and also there is no enforcement when it comes to trash in the hallways, keeping dogs on leashes and cleaning up after dogs. The grounds are a complete mess and there is dog poop everywhere. People leave trash outside their front doors all the time and it's pretty gross. Where we live now, if you see someone leave trash outside their door, you call the office and they give you $25. If you see someone neglecting to pick up after their dog, report it to the office and the resident has to pay a $75 fee. The grounds of our current apartment complex are SPARKLING.
