Loud and Horrible place to live!!!

When I initially moved in I thought the place would be quiet and beautiful and boy was I wrong...I even asked the leasing agent if it was quiet because I definitely did not want to hear my neighbors...Oh and of course she said it was extremely quiet...
After living there for one month not only did I have to meet my neighbors twice that lived above me to let them know I could hear them walking through my ceiling I also found out that the place is poorly constructed...You pay a lot of money to live in a paper thin house. White noise machines and leaving the bathroom fan on could not even help...One month after being there I realized this was going to be hell...Cars were getting broken into every month in the parking deck and come to find out management obviously did not take it serious enough because nothing was ever changed...A neighbor told me it has become a running joke to see how many notices would end up on our door every month about a car being broken into....All I can say is don't live there..You will regret it and not only that in the lease they state quiet hours..enforce it!!!You have a right as a tenant!

I sympathize with the leasing agents whose jobs are on the line. But anyone who claims these apartments are quiet is lying. I lived in this nightmare complex and have never, ever been so miserable. I wouldn't live in this cardboard box again if the rent was free.

On February 26th, there is a "Crime Awareness Meeting" "...Meeting will be conducted to provide education on the occurrence of crime and how to exercise caution with respect to your property and surroundings."
At what point do they stop pocketing all of my cash and hire a security guard for night duty and stick a yellow blinking light on top of one of there golf carts? Gables:Security is YOUR job!
