Are you kidding' Don't even consider leasing from these slumlords. You'd be better off just sleeping under an overpass. The leasing agents are inconsiderate, offensive and have no concept of customer satisfaction. Generally low class cultures like this develop from the top so I can only assume the property manager is the same callous type of breed. In addition to being indebted to a rotten landlord, you'll find yourself living in one of the worst living environments outside of a Bankhead project. Amenities are unfit for the working class. The appliances are awful and the carpet is by far the lowest quality grade available. Even the smallest drop of water will leave a permanent stain. Some other surprises you can expect will be the odor of dead animals behind the walls, floods and leaks caused from defective, insufficient plumbing, bad ventilation and noise. Both the floor and walls are paper thin so expect to hear too much of your neighbor. I'm surprised residents of Virginia Highlands haven't lobbied to have this cluster of a complex sold off as firewood. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
